Compensation

$15.00 per hour (based on experience)


What You’ll Do

As a Concierge Team Member, you will:

  • Create a warm, welcoming, professional, and safe environment for Residents and guests
  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them appropriately
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage voicemail transfers
  • Communicate with Team Members using two-way radio systems
  • Stay informed on WVC resources and updates to provide accurate information
  • Manage key boxes, issue keys securely, and assist with Resident move-out processes
  • Respond to emergency calls and alarms, coordinating communication and dispatch as needed
  • Collaborate with the Manager on Duty, Maintenance, Team Leaders, and other departments
  • Process guest room reservations and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Coordinate transportation scheduling and reservations
  • Submit maintenance and IT requests
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and floral deliveries
  • Operate office equipment and maintain necessary supplies
  • Collect payments and reconcile daily cash receipts
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning, and filing
  • Maintain knowledge of daily Concierge Desk procedures and responsibilities

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 months of related experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude

Schedule

  • 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Every other weekend
  • Every other holiday
