BG Staffing is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge to support a residential community in Mays Landing, NJ 08330. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and working an afternoon/evening schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed
• Answer phones, manage guest sign-ins, and provide general assistance
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests promptly
• Coordinate with onsite staff and report any issues or concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
