Concierge

Under general supervision, the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors within Vinson Hall. This position provides exceptional customer service, supports resident engagement, coordinates communications, and helps ensure a welcoming, safe, and professional environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, health care, senior living or front desk operations preferred.
• Experience working with older adults and individuals with dementia preferred.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
• Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
