Emprime is currently seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Concierges to join our team in Edgewater, NJ. We have three part-time positions available for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Available Positions
- Morning Shift – Part-Time – $16.00/hour
- Afternoon Shift – Part-Time – $16.00/hour
- Overnight Shift – Part-Time – $17.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor building access and visitor entry
- Assist residents with general inquiries and requests
- Receive and log packages and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Observe and report building concerns or unusual activity
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
