Emprime is currently seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Concierges to join our team in Edgewater, NJ. We have three part-time positions available for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Available Positions
Morning Shift – Part-Time – $16.00/hour
Afternoon Shift – Part-Time – $16.00/hour
Overnight Shift – Part-Time – $17.00/hour
Responsibilities
Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor building access and visitor entry
Assist residents with general inquiries and requests
Receive and log packages and deliveries
Maintain accurate records and reports
Observe and report building concerns or unusual activity
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
