The Sunshine Personal Assistant (SPA) and well-being concierge implements the concierge program at Mosaic Life Care. The position is responsible for providing high quality customer service by fulfilling designated requests of Mosaic caregivers, volunteers, patients, family members and physicians. The caregiver in this position will be part of and contribute to a team supporting organizational rewards, recognition, and well-being events.
