Role Description The Concierge is a full-time, on-site role based at Georgetown Condo in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for greeting residents and visitors, managing front desk reception activities, and serving as a central point of contact for inquiries and assistance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating reservations and appointments, responding to phone and in-person requests, and providing information about building services and local amenities. The Concierge will assist with package handling, access control, and basic administrative tasks to support smooth building operations. The role requires consistent professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong focus on resident satisfaction and safety.

  • Ability to provide high-quality Concierge Services and manage Reservations in a residential or hospitality setting.

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear, courteous interaction with residents, visitors, and vendors.
  • \n
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties such as answering phones, managing visitor check-in, and handling basic administrative tasks.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and professionalism.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time on-site schedule in Washington, DC.
  • \n
  • Comfort with basic computer systems for email, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • \n
  • Previous experience in residential property, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred.
  • \n
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.
