Schedule: Available shifts; 6am to 4:30pm and 9am to 6:00pm; overtime available
Work Location: On-site in Binghamton, NY

Nesco Resource is looking for dependable hard working individual for our client in Binghamton, NY, manufacturing high-quality precast concrete products. Our products are used in bridges, highways, and major infrastructure projects throughout New York and Pennsylvania.

As a National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) Certified Plant and an approved NYSDOT and PennDOT supplier, we take pride in our quality, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence.

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Concrete Batch Plant System Technicians. No prior experience is required! We provide hands-on training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed and build a long-term career in the concrete industry.

What You'll Do

• Operate automated concrete batching systems to produce consistent, high-quality concrete mixes.
• Perform concrete quality-control tests, including slump, air content, and strength testing.
• Monitor raw materials and assist with inventory and material management.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot batching equipment.
• Maintain accurate production reports and quality-control records.
• Work closely with production and quality-control teams to meet project specifications and DOT requirements.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
