Concrete Business Development

If you know every general contractor estimator and developer in Fort Worth by first name, I want to talk to you.

I'm partnering with an established concrete contractor that is looking to add a Business Development professional to grow its pipeline throughout the Fort Worth and DFW area.

They're looking for a relationship builder who can open doors with general contractors and owners, uncover opportunities and help win structural and site concrete work.

What You'll Do
• Develop new business with general contractors, developers and owners
• Grow relationships with estimators and preconstruction teams
• Track upcoming projects and bid opportunities across DFW
• Partner with estimating on pursuits and proposals
• Represent the company at industry events
• Keep an organized CRM and pipeline

What You Bring
• Construction business development or sales experience (concrete or a related trade preferred)
• Strong DFW general contractor and developer network
• Understanding of commercial concrete scopes and the bid process
• Excellent relationship and presentation skills
• Self-motivated hunter mentality
• Comfortable with CRM tools
