Concrete Construction Worker

Hadco Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our concrete construction team in Northern Utah!

We are looking for individuals with experience in concrete construction, including general concrete labor, form setting, footings installation, and foundation work.

Whether you specialize in one area or have experience in multiple areas of concrete construction, we encourage you to apply!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete foundations and footings, including building, setting, and removing forms according to plans and specifications.
• Tie and place rebar, assist with pouring and leveling concrete, and perform other concrete-related tasks as assigned.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate construction tools and equipment while maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Work alongside foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently while following all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous concrete or related construction experience preferred.
• Experience in form setting, footings, foundations, or concrete labor is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one, if required for assigned duties.
