Concrete Estimator – Commercial Construction

A construction company with an award-winning record, a strong reputation for safety and a focus on exceptional customer service is looking for an Estimator to join its team. If you have at least 3 years of estimating experience in commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily and office work and care about doing construction management well, we would like to talk with you.

Your responsibilities

• Handle estimates on several projects at the same time
• Build budget costs for construction, covering both labor and materials
• Apply conceptual design and value engineering when needed
• Write and present budgets, reports and project plans
• Work with clients, owners, field staff and design teams, and also be able to work on your own

Your background

• 3+ years as an Estimator in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Skill with construction management software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adjust as project requirements and priorities change
• A commitment to giving customers the best possible service

Pay and benefits

• Base salary of $70,000-$160,000, depending on experience
