Concrete Estimator

Seeking a concrete Estimator in Lowell, MA who can turn drawings into accurate, competitive bids. You'll own takeoffs and pricing for commercial concrete packages from chase through award. Duties: prepare detailed concrete takeoffs and estimates; review plans, specs, and addenda; solicit and compare supplier and sub pricing; support bid reviews and handoffs to operations; document assumptions and exclusions clearly. Requirements: commercial concrete estimating experience; sharp with quantities and unit costs; organized and deadline-driven. Location: Lowell, MA.
