Concrete Estimator

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational and office markets
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M
• Proficient with construction management software and tools
• Able to adapt as project requirements and priorities change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and manage estimates on multiple projects at the same time
• Prepare budget cost estimates for construction, including labor and material costs
• Use Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports and project plans
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel and design teams, and also work well on your own
