Title: Concrete Foreman

Our client is a leading concrete construction firm in Columbus, OH. They have an immediate need for a Concrete Foreman in their commercial division.
Responsibilities Include:
- Fully responsible for safely and productively completing foundations on assigned projects.
- Supervise the work of crew members responsible for laying out, excavating, setting anchor bolts, tie rebar, preparing, placing, finishing and curing concrete.
- Run a safe job site, responsible for the safety of crew members.
- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members.
- Coordinating with inspectors and general contractor.
- Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a concrete foreman
- Ability to read plans and perform layout
- Set grades
- Measuring for concrete
- Set anchor bolts
- Familiar with excavation
- Excellent management, organization and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lead and supervise
