We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated
Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, concrete work, or general labor and be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment.
This position involves assisting with concrete preparation, pouring, finishing, and other construction-related duties while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with preparing job sites for concrete pouring and finishing.
Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete according to project specifications.
Assist with setting up and removing concrete forms.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete concrete-related tasks.
Perform concrete finishing duties, including smoothing and leveling surfaces.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
Assist with installing reinforcement materials, including rebar and wire mesh.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Follow blueprints, measurements, and instructions provided by supervisors.
Perform general construction and labor duties as assigned.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule.
