What You'll Do

 Trim, grind, and finish fiberglass boat components to meet quality specifications

 Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and sanding equipment safely and effectively

 Remove excess fiberglass material and smooth surfaces for the next stage of production

 Inspect parts for defects and ensure superior craftsmanship

 Read and follow production drawings, work instructions, and specifications

 Maintain a clean and organized work area

 Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently and safely

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing, construction, automotive, marine, or fiberglass experience preferred

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Work Environment

This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll work with fiberglass materials, tools, and equipment in a team-oriented production facility. Every day offers the opportunity to learn new skills and contribute to building premium boats recognized worldwide for quality and performance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
