What You'll Be Doing
Learn and apply concrete production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Collaborate with plant and field teams to support daily operations and logistics.
Assist in managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service activities.
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Develop leadership and technical skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

Work Environment This role involves both office and field work, including time spent at concrete plants and construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in outdoor environments and around heavy equipment.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, and move around construction sites and production facilities for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds.
Tolerance for working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Occasional climbing, bending, and kneeling may be required.
