Position Overview:As a Concrete Polishing Operator, you will play a key role in executing concrete polishing projects from start to finish. This role requires expertise in operating heavy machinery, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team on-site. Key Responsibilities:
Operate Concrete Polishing Machinery:
- Proficiently operate grinders, polishers, and other concrete machinery.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment to meet project specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Lead and Supervise Job Sites:
- Oversee job site activities and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
Execute High-Quality Polishing Projects:
- Apply polishing techniques to achieve the desired finish and quality.
- Identify and solve issues related to surface imperfections.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Implement Premier Polishing Systems and Processes:
- Follow company processes for different flooring applications.
- Train new team members on equipment use and safety protocols.
- Continuously improve work processes and methods.
Maintain Equipment and Tools:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:- Experienced Operator: At least 2-3 years of experience in concrete polishing or related construction fields.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of concrete polishing techniques and equipment.
- Leadership Abilities: Experience in leading teams and managing job sites effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce flawless finishes.
