Concrete production worker

Job Description

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing facility in Summerville, SC. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, performing physically demanding tasks, and following safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and manufacturing of precast concrete products.

• Prepare, clean, and assemble concrete molds and forms.

• Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete according to production specifications.

• Assist with installing reinforcing steel (rebar), wire mesh, and other materials.

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

• Remove finished concrete products from molds after proper curing.

• Inspect finished products for cracks, defects, and quality concerns.

• Assist with moving, stacking, and preparing finished products for shipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in concrete production, construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, with assistance when necessary.

• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.

• Steel-toe boots and appropriate PPE required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with precast concrete, concrete finishing, rebar installation, industrial machinery, or production assembly.
