DIRECT HIRE: Seeking a Concrete Pump Operator / CDL Driver for a direct hire role in Rosendale, WI with a growing industrial concrete construction company specializing in large concrete tanks, digesters, waste storage structures, lagoons, and other agricultural infrastructure projects across the Midwest and United States.
Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is operating our Schwing 46-meter concrete pump truck during concrete placements.
When not operating the pump, this position supports company operations by transporting equipment and materials to job sites using a semi-truck and trailer and managing shop yard logistics and equipment organization

Responsibilities forConcrete Pump Truck Operator- Operate and manage the company’s Schwing 46-meter concrete pump truck during concrete placements.
- Perform full pump preparation and shutdown
- When not pumping concrete, this position supports field operations by transporting equipment and materials to job sites.
- When not on job sites, this role helps manage the company’s shop yard in Rosendale
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
Required Qualifications for Concrete Pump Truck Operator- CDL Class A license required
- Air brake endorsement preferred
- Previous concrete pump operation experience required
- Ability to operate a semi truck and trailer safely
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Preferred Experience- Experience operating concrete pump trucks
- Diesel engine knowledge
- Hydraulic system knowledge
- Heavy equipment repair experience
- Construction industry experience
- Experience transporting construction equipment
Travel:- Most pump work occurs on local projects in Wisconsin, but some travel may be required depending on project location.
- Local Work Most concrete pours occur within driving distance of the shop.
- Occasional Travel Some projects may require limited travel with crews to out-of-town job sites.
- Company vehicles are used for transportation.
Work Schedule- Approximately 40-50 hours per week
- Concrete pours may require early morning start times
- Non-pour days typically begin around 7:00 AM
- Schedule generally runs Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime depending on project needs.
