• Support installation tasks across the construction site with a focus on quality and safety.
• Safely handle and stage heavy materials to keep workflows moving.
• Perform concrete placement and finishing with attention to detail.
• Meet physical demands: frequent lifting, bending, and extended standing.
• Use shop math to take precise measurements and cut materials to spec.

Required capabilities

• Experience with construction site installation is preferred.
• Demonstrated safe, efficient heavy material handling.
• Knowledge of concrete install and finishing techniques.
• Ability to meet strength and stamina requirements.
• Competent with shop math for accurate measuring and cutting.
