Lead work within a growing self-perform division focused on concrete and masonry

Manage all field operations for self-performed concrete and masonry work. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules. Lead and mentor craft personnel, foremen, and assistant superintendents. Conduct daily planning meetings and ensure work is executed safely and efficiently. Monitor productivity, quality control, and project milestones. Collaborate closely with project managers and owners to address field challenges and maintain project objectives. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. Review construction documents and proactively identify potential conflicts or issues. Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.

5+ years of superintendent experience managing concrete, masonry, or structural scopes. Strong understanding of cast-in-place concrete, foundations, slab work, masonry installation, and related field operations. Proven experience leading field crews and driving production objectives. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA knowledge and commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite. Experience on commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, or higher education projects is highly preferred. Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
