Concrete Superintendent

Our Client is a Leading Concrete construction service provider looking for a Superintendent to manage projects in the Charleston area. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to travel to job sites from charleston to savannah, managing teams with effective leadership and efficient communication.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure project milestones are met in a timely manner with safety as a top priority.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and operate with a clear understanding of the construction process form a subcontractors perspective.

- Monitor project timelines and budgets, taking corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.

- Perform safety checks and site investigations to identify potential issues. If any are found, spearhead efforts to implement effective solutions.

- Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address any project concerns.

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of any incidents.



Job Requirements -

- 5 years of experience in concrete construction.

- Proven experience managing job sites.

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

- Ability to drive a company vehicle to and from job sites.

- Experience working with a self-performing concrete contractor required.
