Concrete Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost control.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment to avoid delays.
• Manage 1-2 jobs at a time between $500K and $2M in value

A successful Concrete Construction Superintendent should have:

• 
  
  Must Have:

- Highschool diploma

- 3 years minimum experience as a Lead Superintendent

- Must have at least 3 years of experience with a concrete focus

- Ability to make sound decisions, be accountable for their projects and smart enough to be calculated in their approach while creating buy-in from their team

• Nice to have:

- Bachelors degree in a construction degree is ideal

- 7+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent

- Specifically structural concrete, framework, finishing, self perform concrete experience

• Base salary: $120-150K, based upon experience
