Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects - preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing.
• Efficiently allocate labor, materials, and equipment based on project stages.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure project quality and timely completion.
• Consult blueprints and plans for accurate placement and installation of concrete structures.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure overall concrete quality, providing guidance on defect correction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Concrete Superintendent experience
• In-depth understanding of concrete construction principles and practices.
• Experience with flatwork, structural, and concrete paving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.
• Commitment to safety.
