We"re looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team and oversee commercial, institutional, retail, and public-sector construction projects throughout Westchester County.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining safe jobsites, and keeping projects on schedule.

What You"ll Do

• Manage daily field operations for sitework and concrete construction projects.
• Oversee excavation, earthwork, drainage systems, foundations, flatwork, sidewalks, retaining walls, and masonry work.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with project teams, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor quality, productivity, equipment, and material usage.
• Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and schedule updates using Procore and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in concrete, civil, site development, or heavy construction.
• Strong experience with excavation, drainage, foundations, and flatwork.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver"s license.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Vernon, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
