Job Summary
Support product configuration, engineering data, BOMs, configuration rules, and data quality across product platforms. Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Parts & Service, and other teams to ensure accurate product configurations and successful machine builds.

Create and maintain machine configurations, product structures, BOMs, and configuration rules. Maintain engineering specifications and product configuration data. Perform configuration audits for data accuracy and logic integrity. Implement engineering requirements, standards, and product changes. Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) and approval workflows. Troubleshoot configuration issues affecting product builds. Create and maintain 3D CAD visualizations. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into configuration and system solutions. Conduct data research, trend analysis, and data-quality checks. Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities. Support manufacturing/materials process improvements while considering cost and quality. Develop project plans and support implementation activities. Test and evaluate engineering/configuration solutions. Prepare technical specifications and documentation. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Support global data-quality and continuous-improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Technology, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3+years of product configuration, BOMs, specifications, and engineering data experience. Experience with PDM systems and workflow tools. Understanding of engineering change management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Experience analyzing data, requirements, processes, and system changes. Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of Experience with SAP, PTC Windchill, Creo Parametric, iPPE, or similar systems. Variant configuration experience. Knowledge of cProjects, PPM, or workflow tools. Agricultural/heavy equipment product knowledge. Process improvement and global collaboration experience. 3D CAD and configuration visualization experience. Key Skills
