Sunbelt Home Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, outgoing, and assertive Appointment Confirmation Specialist to join our growing call center team!
This is NOT your typical customer service position. We're looking for someone with a strong phone presence, a sales-minded personality, and the ability to handle objections while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring homeowner appointments are properly confirmed, qualified, and ready for our sales representatives. On-Site Only in St. Pete — Not Remote

What You'll Do
- Make outbound confirmation calls to homeowners with scheduled sales appointments.
- Handle inbound calls and appointment-related inquiries.
- Overcome objections, build rapport, and confidently secure appointment commitments.
- Verify homeowner information and ensure all appointment details are accurate.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain detailed CRM records.
- Review and scrub appointments for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Dispatch confirmed appointments to our in-home sales representatives.
- Navigate multiple screens and systems while maintaining engaging phone conversations.
- Work closely with call center leadership to maximize appointment confirmation rates and schedule efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Phone Sales, Outbound Call Center, Appointment Setting, or Appointment Confirmation experience strongly preferred.
- Strong, confident personality with an engaging and persuasive phone presence
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling objections, asking direct questions, and guiding conversations.
- Strong data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Ability to multitask between multiple screens, tabs, and CRM systems while speaking with homeowners.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, LeadPerfection, MarketSharp, or Improveit360 is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingual skills are not required.
