Connect Ambassador - Kansas City, MO - Contract W2 - $11-21 Per HR
The role involves supporting customer service efforts in a dynamic environment. Working onsite, the position requires managing customer interactions and event preparations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assess customer needs to ensure a positive experience.
- Answer basic customer inquiries effectively.
- Manage and direct human traffic flow within the facility.
- Assist in event preparation and clean-up for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer service issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably face-to-face.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
