Construction Accounting Manager - Dallas

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager with experience in the construction industry to join our team in Dallas. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the construction projects.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and executives to discuss financial performance.
- Supervise accounting team members and provide training and guidance when needed.
- Participate in financial audits and reviews.
