Direct Hire, $100-125k, East Metro
Our client is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping financial performance. This is more than a traditional accounting role, you'll be a trusted partner to leadership, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic insight.
What You'll Do
- Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting
- Turn financial data into insights that drive better business decisions
- Keep cash flow running smoothly while overseeing payables, receivables, and reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting with a forward-looking mindset
- Ensure payroll, benefits, and employee expenses are processed accurately
- Maintain strong financial controls and support audits and compliance requirements
- Partner with operational teams to monitor project performance and ensure costs and revenue are aligned
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related degree)
- Proven accounting leadership experience (project-based or construction experience a plus)
- 5-7 years of Accounting experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator who can work across all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
