Key Responsibilities for the Construction Administrator:

• Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records
• Support project managers with contract administration, project documentation, and reporting
• Manage accounts payable, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications
• Maintain project files, permits, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate office operations, scheduling, and administrative support for field and office staff

Qualifications for the Construction Administrator:
