Our work spans litigation, transactions, and regulatory matters, with teams collaborating across practices to deliver efficient, well‑reasoned solutions. We focus on understanding how our clients operate so we can offer advice that is both strategic and grounded in real‑world considerations. Our lawyers value clarity, responsiveness, and sound judgment, and we aim to build lasting client relationships through consistent, high‑quality work.

Why join us?

We offer a collaborative environment where attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility and supported through mentorship and open communication. Our teams are approachable and engaged, and we encourage professional growth through hands‑on experience and exposure to a wide range of matters. We believe strong legal careers are sustainable, so we promote balance, flexibility, and respect for life outside the office. Attorneys also have opportunities to engage in pro bono and community‑focused work as part of a well‑rounded practice.

  • Strong writing, advocacy, analytical, and communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, experts, consultants, and legal teams
