A well-established law firm is seeking a 3+year Attorney to join its growing construction and business litigation practice. Built to serve clients in complex business and construction-related matters.

What You’ll Do

• Manage construction and business litigation matters with increasing autonomy

• Handle cases from inception through discovery, motion practice, and resolution

• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel

• Collaborate with seasoned litigators who value mentorship and professional growth

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation experience (construction or business litigation strongly preferred, but open to insurance defense candidates)

• Ability to run cases independently and take responsibility for matters

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Licensed in New Jersey
