What you'll actually be doing:

Performing general carpentry tasks on active jobsites Reading and working from construction drawings Operating hand tools and equipment safely Assisting with layout, installation, and jobsite setup Following all safety procedures and identifying hazards Working alongside crews, superintendents, and project teams

What we're looking for:

3+ years of construction or carpentry experience Ability to read drawings and follow direction on-site Reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in the job Strong safety mindset (OSHA 10 preferred) Ability to work in all conditions (indoor/outdoor) Comfortable lifting, climbing, and working on active jobsites

Bonus if you have:

Experience operating lifts or forklifts Experience in pharma, industrial, or healthcare construction Union experience
