Construction Contracts Manager, Miami, FL

• Issue, manage, and maintain commitments including:
• • Subcontracts
  • Professional service agreements
  • Closed purchase orders
• Verify all insurance requirements and subcontractor prequalification requirements are satisfied before contract execution.
• Maintain and update contract and procurement logs.
• Track and manage global and project-specific subcontract logs.
• Request, collect, and maintain subcontractor project bonds when required.
• Record and track bond documentation throughout project lifecycles.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years of office management, contract administration, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement procedures, insurance requirements, and project documentation.
• Experience with Procore project management software required.
• Proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Construction documentation systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
