Construction Controller | Columbia, MO | $150K-$200K+ & Bonus

Why this role?

As the top finance leader of a growing construction company, you'd report to the CEO and run the entire finance function. The role pays $150,000-$200,000+ plus up to a 30% bonus.

What will you own?

- Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition

- Budgets, cash flow, billing, and AR

- Equipment cost tracking, KPIs, and audits

- Leadership of the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

- 7+ years in accounting or finance, at least 3 of them in management

- A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) along with a degree in accounting or finance

- Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista is a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation from Rolla to Columbia, MO is required.
