Construction Controller | Columbia, MO | $150K-$200K+ & Bonus

Why this role?

Lead all of finance for a growing construction company as the CEO's direct report. The package is $150,000-$200,000+ plus a bonus of up to 30%.

What will you own?

• Budgets, cash flow, billing, and AR
• Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Leading and developing the accounting team
• Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years in accounting or finance, 3+ of them in management
• CPA, MCA, or CCIFP required, along with an accounting or finance degree
• Hands-on construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation to Columbia, MO is required.
