Construction Controller | Columbia, MO | $150K-$200K+ & Bonus

Why this role?

Lead the whole finance function for a growing construction company, reporting directly to the CEO. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ with up to a 30% bonus.

What will you own?

- Job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition

- Budgeting, cash flow, billing, and accounts receivable

- Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits

- Managing and developing the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

- 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 3+ in management

- A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP is required, plus a degree in accounting or finance

- A construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation from Springfield to Columbia, MO is required.
