Construction Controller - Lead Finance for a Growing Contractor (Columbia, MO)

Why this role?

A growing construction company needs a Controller to run its complete finance function and report directly to the CEO. Pay is $150,000-$200,000+ with a bonus of up to 30%.

What will you own?

• Equipment costing, audits, and KPI reporting
• Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Leading and developing the accounting team
• Billing, AR, budgets, and cash flow

Who are we looking for?

• Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista is a plus
• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 3+ in management
• CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) and a degree in accounting or finance

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Candidates in the Warrenton area must relocate to Columbia, MO; relocation is required.
