Construction Controller - Relocate to Columbia, MO

Why this role?

Step in as the finance leader of a growing construction company, reporting to the CEO and running the full finance function. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ with a bonus of up to 30%.

What will you own?

• Job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
• Budgeting, cash flow, billing, and AR
• Equipment costing, KPI reporting, and audits
• Leadership of the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, with 3+ in management
• CPA, MCA, or CCIFP required, plus a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation from St. Charles to Columbia, MO is required.
