Sheepgate is seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Coordinator to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects both on and off campus. This role combines hands -on construction leadership with mentorship opportunities, helping guide students while supporting the ongoing growth and improvement of our facilities.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span>

• Coordinate and oversee construction and maintenance projects<\/span>

• Supervise construction crews, students, and subcontractors<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Prepare bids, budgets, and project timelines<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Order and manage construction materials and supplies<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure job sites maintain OSHA and safety standards<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assist with campus repairs, facility improvements, and maintenance needs<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Track project expenses and submit documentation accurately<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude<\/span>

  Qualifications<\/span>

  • Construction experience required<\/span>

  • Project management experience preferred<\/span><\/span>

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines<\/span>

  • OSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain<\/span>

  • Valid driver’s license required<\/span>
