Construction Coordinator

Job description:

We''re looking for a Construction Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all construction sites are properly managed and overseeing the customer experience to maintain our 5-star standard in providing the best products for our customers. This is an on-site position overseeing the roof installation until the job is complete.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to and from office to job sites throughout the week
• Oversee all construction sites in designated territory to ensure that all operations meet company standards
• Review quality control protocols to ensure that all jobs sites are compliant
• Communicate effectively with the installation team in all job sites (observe field measurements, scheduling with strict deadlines, take appropriate worksite photos, etc.)
• Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the management team (budget, safety & quality control)
• Supply job site with additional materials if needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction/roofing
• Must be comfortable walking on roofs as high as 2 stories and as steep as 12/12 pitch
• Excellent communication and strong organization skills
• Efficient with taking quality photos, as well as excellent computer skills
• Understand safety regulations and have a very good working knowledge of estimating
• Best-in-class customer relations skills/techniques
• Valid Driver''s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Spanish speaking is a plus
