What You'll Do

As part of our Outside Sales team, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across the SW territory of our Cedar Rapids location. Day to day, that looks like:

  • Meeting customers face-to-face to understand their equipment needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Proactively managing accounts and building long-term relationships that drive loyalty
  • Logging calls, meetings, and notes in our CRM to stay organized and ahead of every opportunity
  • Overcoming objections, closing deals, and maintaining Rexco's market visibility
  • Representing Rexco at trade shows and industry events
  • Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge

What You'll Earn

We believe in rewarding performance. Typical outside sales compensation at Rexco averages $120K, with top performers earning $400K+. Your drive sets the ceiling.
