Construction Estimator

As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes to prepare accurate and competitive bids. You'll collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, assess risks, and ensure estimates align with client expectations.

Projects may include warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on light industrial or commercial projects. They are proficient in estimating software and Excel, and have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and subcontractor markets.

Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset are essential. Experience with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects is a plus.
