Construction Estimator

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather required project details.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals.
• Monitor and update estimates based on project changes or new information.
• Maintain a database of construction costs and pricing trends for reference.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Support project managers in maintaining budgets and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience estimating warehouse, distribution center, tilt-wall, industrial, or large commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and material pricing
• Proficient with estimating software and quantity takeoff tools
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple estimates simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience on Amazon, industrial, logistics, fulfillment center, or large warehouse projects is highly desirable

• Base salary: $110,000 - $160,000+ depending on experience
