Construction Estimator

• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in developing project budgets and timelines.
• Track and manage project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and construction methods.
