Job Description
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to determine project needs and budget constraints.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing on materials and services.
- Prepare and present cost breakdowns and estimates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates on budget variances as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project data.
- Support decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction methods to ensure accurate estimating practices.

A successful Construction Estimator should have:
- Experience with construction estimating, project planning, and cost analysis.
