We are an established landscape design and construction company in Eugene, OR doing mostly residential work with some commercial projects. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and doing projects the right way. We provide all the tools and equipment our crews need.

Job Details

As Construction Field Lead, you'll own one project at a time from demo to final walkthrough, running a crew of 2-6 depending on the job.

What you'll do:

• Build and install hardscape: pavers, retaining walls, French drains, and gates, plus light concrete work
• Handle site demo, prep, grading, and base work
• Load up and get the crew to the jobsite by 7:30-7:45 a.m.
• Read scopes, estimates, and plans; coordinate timelines and materials with Project Managers
• Track progress and material use, and hold the work to the Graham Standard

What you need:

• Gate building and installation experience (top priority)
• Hands-on hardscape experience: pavers, retaining walls, French drains
• Some concrete experience (small pours)
• General construction knowledge and experience leading a small crew

Nice to have:

• Woodworking, decks, and fences
• Irrigation and planting experience
• Valid driver's license
