Construction Healthcare Superintendent

A reputable construction company is seeking a talented Superintendent with healthcare / educational project experience to add to their team!  They take pride in the value they bring to their clients beyond building through innovation, collaboration, and outperforming their competitors.  All projects are local and they have excellent benefits!

Qualifications:

• 10+ years as a Superintendent
• Proven track record successfully completing healthcare/ educational projects is required!
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Implements, maintains, and enforces safety procedures
• Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
• Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
• Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
